If for whatever reason you are not satisfied, you have 14 days from receipt of the package to return the item. You can request an exchange or refund (Article L121-20 of the Consumer Code).
 
Items should be returned new, not been worn, complete and in their original packaging. Items returned incomplete, damaged, worn or soiled by the customer are not taken back. For the textile department, items must be returned with the warranty stickers modatoi and / or uncut black banding. They serve as our security, if cut you can no longer claim to an exchange or refund. So we advise you to try the items with the guarantee and not cut unless you want to permanently retain the article. Note that for reasons of hygiene, cosmetics or care as well as underwear, swimwear must be returned to us unsealed and unused, otherwise the refund can not be made.


Steps to follow:

Print the invoice received by email or note on plain paper your name and order number.

Above indicate if it is a request for exchange or refund. In case of exchange, it must be the same amount and be sure to the reference and the desired size.

Repackage the item in its original packaging (do not tape the shoe box) and package everything into another container (cardboard, packages).

The return costs are borne by the customer. During a first exchange request, MODATOI ships the parcel at its expense. Return costs are not reimbursed. Exchange requests are processed by priority date of return, subject to availability of the requested item and shipped back within 7 days. In case of unavailability, we will then proceed to the refund of the returned item.

YOUR ATTENTION:  For management issues, we only accept exchanges for the same amounts and one return possible.
Note that in sales period, the return time is 7 days for shoes and clothes and during this period the exchange requests will not be taken into account. A refund will be made.



For refund claims, the refund period begins about 15 to 30 days from the return reception date. The amount is repaid according to the original payment method. The sum will be refunded directly to your account (an email is sent to you as soon as it is made), it takes about 2-3 days for it to appear on your account. We process refunds by priority date of return.

NOTE : It is for the customer to keep proof of return, which means that items must be returned against signature, the costs and risks of remaining back to the customer. For example, if the client sends a return underwear stamped envelope and that it is lost, the MODATOI company will have no obligation to refund. Following many lost envelopes we recommend to send back against signature.
