How to create my account?

To create an account on the site MODATOI, please click on the "Account" on the right of navigation. Once on the login page, click on the "Create Account" button.


Then simply fill in the information requested on the form.
Your password consist of your email address and confidential password that you chose.

Why should I create an account?

For the good of your orders, we need certain information such as billing address, email address and phone number to contact you if necessary.
Your account will also allow you to follow your orders (confirmation, shipping) and the history of orders.


The information provided will be used only smooth running of your orders. The customer has the right to access, modify, rectify and delete data concerning him. Moreover, MODATOI undertakes not to provide free or in exchange of information on its customers to third.

How to modify an account?

Log in to your account using your email address and your password.



You can then direct you to your order history or to your contact information to modify the data.

How to order?

You must create an account if you have not done yet.
Select items that interest you by clicking on the tab "add to cart".
When finished, your selection will appear. Then check the sizes and quantities.



To pay for your purchases, click on the "ordering" button.

My browser asks me to accept cookies?

A cookie is a set of information temporarily stored on your computer that allows a site to recover data from a visit to another or information related to items (price, references, ...) to pass the order.
Your browser may allow or not allow the registration of these data. The proper function of the CART can only be done if they allow cookies, which is usually the case.

How to delete an item in my cart?

In the page with your selection you can delete or change quantities.



- Modify the quantity indicating the quantity desired.
- Delete the article by clicking on the button X to the right of the screen.
- Recalculate the amount of the order by clicking on the button UPDATE.

What are the payment methods?

You can pay:

By credit card bearing the MasterCard logo, VISA. If payment is refused by your bank your order will be canceled.

With Paypal if you have a Paypal account, you can choose this payment method, you will be automatically directed to the identification page of your Paypal account.

By bank transfer: by confirming your order, you will receive the banking details on which the transfer should be done. For this payment method do not forget to indicate the order number in the wording of the transfer.

WE DO NOT ACCEPT PAYMENT BY CASH OR MONEY BACK THE REFUND.

Is the payment by credit card secure?

Yes the credit card payment is secure.

Can I change or cancel my order after confirmation?

Once the payment is confirmed, the order picking process is automatically activated, you have no possibility to modify or cancel the order.

Therefore we advise you to check the delivery address, the quantities and sizes before confirmation.
If you encounter a problem after payment confirmation contact our free hotline at +33 1 75 43 47 90, our advisors will inform you.

When is my order shipped?

Once the payment is confirmed, 2 cases:

     - The order is placed after 10 am from Monday to Thursday, it is shipped the next day
     - The order is placed after 10 am Friday to Sunday evening, it is shipped on Monday.

In case of big increase in activity (holiday periods, seasonal inputs, sales...) it is possible that additional time is required for the shipment and delivery of orders.

What are the delivery times?

The delivery is ensured by post within 3 to 5 business days from the handover of the package to the Post.

How do I know where my package is?

The evening of the package shipment you will receive an email with the tracking number and a link allowing you to see the evolution of the movement.
You will find the same information by logging into your account MODATOI, in order tracking.

Can I return an item if I'm not satisfied?

You have the right of withdrawal for 15 days.

The items will be taken under conditions they still have labels and safety straps. They were not worn and that they are returned to the legal period of 15 days to make the exchange.

What are the refund terms?

After receiving the return of your package in our warehouses, the refund period is about 15 days (time needed to process the return and accounting of the processing).

What are the processing times for exchanges?

Upon receipt of the package in our warehouses, between the processing time of the return package and the return, it takes about 1 week.

I ordered an item but is no longer in stock.

Despite all the attention we pay to the stocks management, it may be that item you ordered is finally unavailable.

In that event:
     - You have ordered other items, we ship the order with a note informing you
       of out of stock. We will refund the item as soon as possible.
     - If the command does not include other items, we inform you by phone and mail
       proposing to choose another item or refund you.

What is phishing and how to protect themselves?

Recently, attempts of fraud in the form of fake mails sent to the e-commerce customers, phishing.

Pirate ship massively messages impersonating a bank or an online store, and redirect to a fake website, users who are concerned about the message.

The messages invite you to click on a hyperlink or an image to validate such an order, and then to enter sensitive information (main email account, password, credit card number...) on a site which looks very much like MODATOI.

This is identity theft, over which we have no control yet. We offer a description of such theft (not exhaustive):

Some phishing mails are easy to spot, other, more credible therefore reread the message. There is a lack of punctuation, misspellings often ... Coming from a automatic translation.


Some safety tips to protect yourself from phishing:

We recommend you to follow these tips:

  • Never respond to emails asking for the input of personal and confidential information and do not click on links contained. We never ask such information by email
  • Check the website address in the URL bar.
  • Use an updated antivirus and a firewall and regularly make updates to fix security holes in your operating system.
  • Do not open attachments to emails that you receive, unless you know the integrity of the sender.
